7 - Relationship Between Pedagogy

I didn’t get anything out of this module except anxiety about what I am possibly not doing well enough as a teacher.

But here’s something to read:

“Put Understanding First” from Educational Leadership (May 2008) focuses on the importance of prioritizing deep understanding over coverage of content. Wiggins and McTighe argue that true learning occurs when students connect concepts, apply knowledge in a bunch of contexts, and engage with material critically, rather than simply memorizing facts or following standard procedures.
